By confirming a booking with us, you accept the terms listed below.
1. ✅ Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.
A minimum 20–30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before flight departure.
2. 👥 Group Sharing Flights
Group sharing flights require a minimum number of participants (usually 5 persons).
If the group does not fill, we may:
Offer you an upgrade to a private flight (with adjusted cost), or
Help you reschedule, or
Provide a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
3. 🧾 Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in USD or NPR, unless otherwise stated.
Prices typically include: helicopter flight, permits, taxes, and applicable fees.
Optional extras (meals, photography, hotel pickups) may cost extra and will be outlined clearly.
4. 🌦️ Weather & Flight Conditions
All flights are subject to weather clearance and operational feasibility.
Heli Nepal Tours reserves the right to cancel or delay any flight due to:
Adverse weather
Technical issues
Air traffic or ATC restrictions

5. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy.
No refund will be issued for:
No-shows
Late arrivals at the helipad
Voluntary withdrawal from the trip after departure
6. 🧳 Health & Fitness Requirements
Passengers must ensure they are medically fit to fly, especially at high altitudes.
Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions prior to booking.
Pregnant women, infants, or those with heart/lung issues may be advised against high-altitude flights.
7. 📜 Required Documents
Passport or valid government-issued ID is required for all passengers.
For Indian travelers, a Voter ID is sufficient.
No visa is required for Indian citizens visiting Nepal.
8. ⚠️ Liability Disclaimer
Heli Nepal Tours will not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or delays caused by:
Acts of nature
Government restrictions or airspace closures
Third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transfers)
Travel insurance with emergency evacuation coverage is highly recommended.
9. ✏️ Modifications & Special Requests
Custom tours, luxury add-ons, and special occasions (honeymoon, photography, etc.) must be requested during booking.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee last-minute modifications.
